Requirements:

  • 1+ Years Customer service experience in Bankcard industry
  • Proven ability to handle various types of customer issue
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Requirements:

  • 1+ year previous tele-sales experience required.
  • Good aptitude, attitude and are interested in sales training at Bankcard industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior sales service skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • PC literate
  • Flexible, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsibility:

  • Contributing to individual and team sales goals
  • Business-to-Business telephone sales
  • Provide products assistance as needed
  • Providing superior phone service regarding product offering, selection pricing, availability, and technical information


  • Risk Analyst

    Requirements:

  • 1+ year Bankcard Acquiring industry .
  • Previous credit reports and charge back experiences are plus
  • Proven ability to handle various types of customer issues
  • Basic understanding of ACH banking transfers and Account Receivables
  • Basic PC skills
  • Responsibility:

  • Review chargeback reports and take appropriate action
  • Monitor and review all processed transactions on daily basis
  • Verify transactions with issuing banks
  • Respond to compliance issue with Visa and MasterCard
  • Reviewing terminated Merchant File


  • Sales Support

    Requirements:

  • 1+ Years in Sales Support or work with Sales personnel
  • Experience in Bankcard industry or credit card processing
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong PC knowledge
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Responsibility:

  • Administer and maintain the submission of merchant applications
  • Verify and complete requirements for new applications
  • Provide sales support as necessary
  • Research sales reps issues and assist with resolutions
  • Follow-up calls to all potential sales reps


  • Sales Recruiter

    Requirements:

  • 2+ Years in Bankcard Acquiring industry
  • Superior cold calling skills and strong negotiating skills
  • Self motivated and flexible
  • Resiliency necessary to handle rejection
