| Merchant Services Inc (MSI) located in New
Providence, New Jersey was incorporated in South Dakota in 1989. to
provide complete merchant services, including
merchant accounts, credit card processing equipment and
ISO
partnership opportunities. Originally composed of three
independent divisions, the New Jersey and New York divisions
acquired the third division of South Dakota. Currently the two
sister divisions operate independently and are acting as buying
groups. Through the years, MSI has grown into a nationwide leader
with direct relationships with Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover
and American Express, and Diners Club.
MSI took a major step by establishing our own bin with Merrick
Bank of South Jordan, Utah.. MSI has formed a complete one-stop
shopping for credit card processing. In addition, MSI has started
value added programs such as Check Guarantees, Gift & Loyalty Cards
and our own private Internet Gateway.
